Downloading ADOBE 7.1.0

I currently have ADOBE 7.0.9.

There is an update to 7.1.0

I can download the update but when it begins to install, it stops and gives the following error message:
Unknown Error [ Error 20971520 ]

Can anyone help? Thanks.

I had a similar error message when I tries to run the version 7 upgrade from version 6. I got around it by logging in as a *local* administrator. My domain administrator login did not work for some reason.

Thanks but I'm not savvy enough to know how to do what you did. Can you provide a simple explanation as to how for me to do that?

Has ADOBE ever addressed this error message to your knowledge? It does not come up when you do a SEARCH on the ADOBE website.
