I just tried, and had the same problem... not being able to download.  I got there using the <?> icon in the meeting.  It defaults to Chrime, and when I clicked on an app, nothing happened.

 

I repeated the process and it worked fine in Edge.

 

Not sure why, but I got it to work.

Thank you!  I used Edge and was able to download the app.

    Do you have pop up blockers on?

    No, it does not appear there is a pop-up blocker on.  Thank you for the thought.
