Downloading the FLV file no longer contains video; only the audio comes across.  It used to work.  Has anything changed?  We are self-hosted.  Adobe Presenter 9, Connect 9

    How are you downloading the video? Is this a meeting recording you are making an off-line FLV or are you using the method of adding /output/YourName.zip?download=zip?

    You mention Presenter, is the presenter content what is not coming down with your recording?

    Can you clarify your process?
