Drawing on PDFs Adobe Connect

Whenever we try to draw on a PDF file in Adobe Connect, the screen "glitches" and moves to a random page as opposed to the one we want to draw on, meaning we have to fidget around and figure out where we were in the first place. Is there any fix to this?
