Drawing on powerpoint slides not showing up on recording

I made 1 recording using the share document and that document was a powerpoint presentation.  I used the pen drawing tool to highlight stuff on the powerpoint and recorded the video.  Everything worked great.  My second lecture, however, the pen tool worked live but did not show up on the recording.  I am not sure what changed.  I have tried on a couple different computers.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hi,

Are you able to reproduce the bug consistently or was it a one time affair? If you can see it everytime, please share reproducible steps for the same. Also it will help if you can tell the Connect version you are using.

I have only been able to see the drawing the one recording out of about 5 that I have attempted.  I use whiteboard and copy the questions there.  The drawing shows up on the recordings when I use a whiteboard.  I am using Adobe Connect 8 through the University of Kentucky
