e-College suitability

Hi

I have tried to look throught the Connect page but it is taking too long for me to figure it out - so I'll rather ask on here:)

We want to launch an e-college so that students can obtain their matric certificate through us. Our Education Department(s) have strict assessment guidelines, submissions etc. -

  • can we indicate the benchmarks for each course and view which students have completed which tasks etc?
  • Can students open their own student account to view courses that are specific to them?
  • Can they submit their work online?
  • Can Adobe Connect be integraded with an e-commerce function (or does it have one)? - students need to be able to register and pay online for a suitable learning band for themselves.

Thank you!

More clarification is needed as to what your tasks would be.

Yes, this would be the My Training tab on the Connect Home page.

No, Connect has no DropBox function to allow students to deposit files. This can be worked around with meeting rooms, but requires the correct licensing and room setup.

There are third part solutions that can integrate e-commerce, or you could build your own leveraging the API's.
