Question

Edit my Info - Missing

The 'Edit my info' is missing from the Attendee's Pod. We're not sure how to get it back.  Can someone help us?

    If you have customized the display name in the room (Meeting > Preferences > Display Name) Then the option to edit the user info is removed from the Attendee pod drop down menu. If you go back to the default display name format (uncheck the box) then the option to edit your info should return.
