Edit Payment Info error

my credit card expire. I can't add my new credit card for payments.

when I click   "Edit Payment Info" in plan information

    Probably, he asked this question about Adobe Connect Hosted Services. I have the same problem, my credit card expired and I could not update it because of new billing system update of Adobe. And now they tell me that I have to connect to a partner. I have already talked to 4 partners and no one knows how to renew my hosted account.

    It is just simple. Ok, maybe there is no online forms for updating it. But just get my new credit card info and update it with new one.

    You'd be surprised how often the question is about Creative Cloud, so I always try to ask.

    You can reach out to Adobe Connect Support here, Adobe Connect Help | Adobe Connect Support , and they should be able to help with your payment information while the website is still not back up.
