Email updating

My adobe account is associated with an email account that is no longer in use.  Adobe is prompting me to reset my password and is sending the link to do so to this old account, to which is really no longer available.  How do I contact Adobe to updated my account from the old email to the new. Is there a way for me to actually be able to talk to a live person or what?
