Embedded videos from Presenter won't play/sync

Question

I have a couple embedded videos in a PPT that I've published from Presenter to Adobe Connect. When I get to the slide with the video in the Connect meeting, the section with the video is blank. However, if I turn off the Sync, I get the play bar and can manually play it, but it does not sync to the group (obviously with sync being disabled).

How can I set it up so I can manually play the video and keep the attendees synced to the video, as well?

Hi,You can get the playbar even in the sync mode. Click on share pod's dropdown menu and click on Show Presentation playbar option from the dropdown.You will then see the playbar similar to what you see in un-sync mode and you can then play the video. With the presentation syncd, go to the pod options menu (top right of the share pod) and select Show Presentation Playbar. This will give you the play button required to play the video without leaving sync mode.
