Enter room from as host - menu not available

Hello

From my meetings, click on open on a meeting that I am host, loads the adobe connect. I am showing as a participant and not as an host and the top menu is not available.

    It sounds like you purchased the Named Host license. A requirement of this license is that you must be a member of the Meeting Host group. If you are just in the Admin group you will not have the ability to run/host a meeting, and when you join you will have only participant rights until a member of the Meeting Host group arrives.

    Solution, add yourself to the Meeting Host group.
