Error at download a FLV recorded meeting

I'm trying to download a recorded meeting, and the video is black, however, the audio works perfectly.

I've installed many codecs, and none worked.

I'm using Adobe Connect Addin 9 - 11.9.949.0

My operating system is Windows 8.1, 64-bit
