Error converting the file

After the latest maintenance routine of adobe connect on 22-Aug-2016(IST) we are unable to upload any swf file in zip format,if we try to do so it is throwing the above mentioned error ,we are trying to upload a .swf file along with the index.swf file zipped together

Any heads up will be helpful

The current version of Connect on the hosted environment (9.5.5dev) has an issue with Zip files being uploaded into the Share pod. Try publishing directly to Connect with Presenter or uploading the Zip of the output to the Content library and then loading it into a Share pod from there.

Hi,

Did you ever get this resolved? I have the same issue when trying to uploaded a file published from Adobe Presenter.

Without knowing what you are trying to upload, it is a real shot in the dark as to why it isn't working. If you are comfortable/able to share the zip file with the community, you can post a link to it here so we can test it. Otherwise, I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support directly and see if they can help you further.
