error in join the meetting

I cant join the meeting ... it said Adobe Connect requires Flash Player 11.2 or above.what can i do???

my system is ubuntu linux...

You will either need to have Flash Player installed on your browser or have the meeting host enable the HTML version of the Meeting so you can join in HTML in your browser.
