Error Message

I have downloaded several add-ons from Adobe Connect Pro Exchange that I would like to use in my online classroom. I was able to download the mp3 player and it works just fine but when I went to download welcomemapV1.3.zip, timerpod.zip, and acp-meeting-bg.zip, I get a message that says "There was an error converting your file". Why can I download the mp3 player but not any of the others?
