Error Message "Adobe Connect Add in 9.4 r96 has stopped working"

When hosting meeting and I connect the camera the error message comes up and crashes the meeting. I am using MS Explorer 9.0 8112.16421 and Connect 8. Any idea this has just started in the last week.

I am having this same issue. What is the fix? Anyone??

If you are not screen sharing, try launching the room without the add-in. Just add /?launcher=false to the Meeting room URL.

This has happened to us 6 times in the last 10 days.   What if we need to use screen sharing, show videos, and PowerPoints -- how do we solve this problem?
