ERROR MIGRATING FROM AC 9.7.5 TO 10.1

Hello all,

we have a working installation with version 9.7.5 that we want to update to version 10.1. During the installation process we get the following error messages in the log:

If I reboot Adobe Connect services, they continue to point to version 9.7.5 instead of version 10.1 (although a specific folder for version 10 was created during the update process).

Someone has had the same problem or can give a clue how to solve it.

    As a current license holder, you have access to Adobe Tech support.  Have you opened a ticket with them?  They would be the best to help you troubleshoot.  Call 800-422-3623 and hit one at the first prompt and request to be transferred to Platinum Support for On Premise server support.  They should pass you to the right team.
