Error to create a new event template

I recent perform migration from adobe connect 8.2 to adobe connect 9.0. When I create a new event template and try to view it under Event Management I get - No resource found

Cannot serve request to /content/connect/c1/7/en/events/event/shared/24124/event_landing.html on this server

Hello Jorma,

I appreciate your return, my problem occurs when I try to access an event that was created from a template. The Connect can not find the page for the event just access.

Below is the symptom of the problem.

It appears that the event page was never created. I'd verify that the template was saved and the event page was published.

If the process above isn't a resolution, you might need to just reach out to your Platinum Support contact to see if the product team at Adobe can identify and resolve the issue.
