Error when connecting to audio bridge today. Can someone help?
When attempting to connect to audio bridge today during a webinar I encountered the following messsage.
An authentication error occurred. Please verify the audio settings for this meeting in Adobe Connect Central.
I get the same message now when I test it in adobe connect central in MyAudio Providers.
I have been conductiong webinars every Tuesday and Thursday since March. This audio bridge was working fine last Thursday. It works fine if I manually dial in on my phone.
How do I fix this?
