Exporting or saving multiple files as html

Since September 2010 I have been running with a very cumbersome process of combining multiple files into a single pdf, exporting the file as HTML and then adding a watermark (company stationery with border and logo in jpeg format). I then have to split out each separate file and save as the original file name. Don't ask why but by exporting to html was the only way I could successfully add the watermark and have it appear correctly.

Now I know you can add watermarks in bulk but the file needs to have been exported to html before the watermark will load as it should.

Is there a better way or is there a way to select multiple files to export to html?
