Failed connection. The meeting room was unable to connect with the server.

The company is using Adobe Connect and when I tried to access a room as a host, I got the error saying that,

"Network connectivity was lost. Please wait while Connect-Pro Meeting reconnects…" for a couple of hours.

After that I also got the error,

"Connection. The meeting room was unable to connect with the server.  Click Open Troubleshooting to begin diagnosing the problem".

What do these error messages mean?

    Are you connecting via wifi? If so, I suspect that there is some network interference.
