Faulty recording

Hi,

I have two recordings that are problematics as regards the voice of the host of the conference:

- first, sound and video are dsynchronized only for the host. Sound and video for the other participants are synchronized. So the voice of the host  is superimposed on that of the other participants. I still tried to use Recording  Repair: the application tells "No indexstream.flv file found in the recording".

-second, sound and video are not visible and audible for the host when I try to change the record. Sound and video for the other participants are OK.

And when I try to download, I do not have sound and video for all.

Can you help me please ?
