Feature Request/Report Bug

Hi,

 

I wanted to report a bug and also request a feature for a future update of Adobe Connect. The link I was given via chat (https://www.adobe.com/products/wishform.html) appears to not have a form on there like it should do, so hopefully someone here can help or point me in the right direction.

 

I work for a outsourcer contact centre company. I am one of the trainers for our new starters and we use the fantastic Adobe Connect to do all of our training virtually (everybody works from home). 

 

We have been enjoying the add on features, however the image carousel (found here: (found here: https://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/apps/image-carousel.html#) that we'd like to use appears to be broken as when uploading the file into the room, the share pod is completely blank and there are no options to choose from. This is the bug I wanted to report.

 

I also wanted to put in a request for a new feature; can we have webcam icons next to the attendees' names? We ask our trainees to go on webcam during sessions and one of the issues we face is that we are aware that there are 1 or 2 people not on webcam, but we struggle to identify who as we need to look at everyone on the cams to then work out who isn't on webcam. If we could have a webcam icon next to someone's name when they are on camera (similar to the way the microphone icon appears in bold when someone's mic is turned on), this would be amazing and a big timesaver!

    Hi @shaunson - I'm sorry about the confusion with our Wishform. Unfortunately the old wishform was deprecated and we don't have a full replacement yet. You should have been able to find a Connect link on that page though - yet all it does is provide an email address (WishBreeze@adobe.com). Feel free to submit feature requests to that email address - it is automatically sent to the entire product management team, and a number of the engineering managers too. We'll try to respond as quickly as we can. 

     

    For now, @andrew-envolvemedia from Envolvemedia has already sent your request to us for evaluation! Thanks for the feature suggestion, we always appreciate hearing from our customers!

    @shaunson - would you please DM me? The Image Carousel isn't built by Adobe. I can help with that issue. The way it should work, is when you drag/drop an image it is uploaded to the Adobe Connect meeting. It's possible there is an issue with that upload process; or even the image used/referenced. If you click the settings icon and then drag/drop the image in the list of images (or click the + icon in the settings icon and do the same, there. This area has a preview icon you can view, too). Regardless, please reach out to me and I will work with you to resolve.
