File Transfer from Windows PC to iPad

Is there a way using Adobe Connect application to transfer a file (.txt, .docx, etc.) from a Windows 7 PC to an iPad?

Not Sharing, but actually download to the iPad once it has been uploaded from the PC.

I tested, never saw anything on the iPad that there was anything to download.

Thanks for any input.

‌No. Adobe Connect does not perform this function, although technically you could download via the Files pod. Way too complicated a process – I recommend Dropbox or Google Drive, because I do this very thing all the time. Both have apps you can install on your PC and iPad. Or if you're a Creative Cloud member, you can upload and download via CC.
