Flash 10.3 plays back system noise

Since install flash 10.3 if my mic is on, any system noise beeps and alerts are passed though the audio channel as noise.  Is there someway to turn this off?

    Try running the audio wizard and adjust settings there.

    Thank you, that fixed the issue.. but I think what happened is that the New Adobe flash choosse my system mixer for the input, that is something that wasn't available before.  I chose my mic input and all is fine now.
