flash photo slideshow through XML

Does anyone know of a good website or tutorial that show how to use XML to make a photo slideshow in flash?

I want the XML to have the dimensions, the speed, a fade with frame times, and background color.

The flash I wanted to have a play/pause, next and previous button that appears when the mouse is hovered over the slideshow.

I've been looking at a lot of tutorials but they all seem to have a different way of loading the XML file and referring to the different attributes.

Any help?
