Freeze screen on progressive meeting link

This is to inform you that, I have been trying login to adobe connect since 2-3 hours to connect to my class link but time, and again, whenever I am clicking on that link, my screen is freezing on full progress. It is not taking me to the class group. I have also attached the snapshot of the screen to the attachments. kindly check.

Even from last few days, I am unable to hear properly due to voice breakage. Talking about connectivity, I am able to work smoothly on other apps but not adobe.

Kindly, look into this matter ASAP.

    This is a user community forum. All of us here have no access to the back end of your account. You need to work with the organizaion delivering your live sessions or Adobe Connect Support directly.

    Ususally, audio issues and a hang at connecting is related to connectivity issues. Are you using a VPN or are there any firewall restrictions that would stop RTMP or RTMPS traffic over ports 1935 or 443 respectively?

    kindly resolve the issue asap because I am bearing a great loss as I am missing my online sessions.
