Guten Tag,ich habe beim black freiday 2 mal ein Code gekauft denn ich auf einlösen konnte... aber er wird nicht angezeigt in "konto verwalten"

Did you perhaps buy Adobe Creative Cloud on Black Friday, and expect Adobe Connect to be part of the subscription?

Unfortunately, it is not. The Adobe Connect application/service is its own discrete software product. To get an Adobe Connect site, you need to subscribe to Adobe Connect.

If you're asking about a different application than Adobe Connect, you should check out this link, and then pick the specific application where you're having problems. Hopefully the experts covering that particular forum can provide better assistance for you.
