Great Product ..but Customer Support Sucks Bigtime

Adobe support is the worst I have ever encountered.

When I try  to phone them I am put on hold (the current record is 29 minutes!). I  thought customer service was there to help!

I don't know if anyone else has  the same problem but here in the UK Adobe are charging the wrong tax  rate and despite the numerous attempts to resolve this issue so far ...  zip. When I get through to support they tell me all will be sorted out  in 24 hours. About an hour or so later I get an email telling me that my  issue has been resolved and the case closed ... I am ripping my hair  out with these guys.

The VAT rate in the UK is 17.5% but Adobe are charging a  rate of 21% ?

Wherever  you are in the world I suggest you check out what tax rates you are  being charged.

C'mon  Adobe ... get your act together or I will be OUTTA HERE to a more  reliable server!

    My trick for this serious problem - next time you call, follow the dialogue as if you were interested in signing up for service and you'll get someone on the phone within 1 minute (LITERALLY!).  Interesting to see where they are spending their support dollars....
