has anyone else had bad video feed since the July 2016 update? We run Mac El Capitan 10.11.6?

I tried both Chrome and Safari same issue. Switched to an iSight camera from the inbuilt FaceTime - same issue. Skype is fine.

Reinstalled the Connect AddIn, gave permission for the unboxed plugin, still it's running in ultra slow mo.

What version of the Add-in are you running? Do you see the same issue when not using the add-in?

You can get the latest version of the Mac Add-in here, which was released on June 15th and resolves many of the known issues for Mac users, Adobe Connect Downloads and Updates

The latest, downloaded multiple times, Add-In. Issue is specific to Chrome, even with setting an exception in the Preferences. Chrome has native Flash.

Sounds like you may have an issue that Adobe should look at. I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support and see if they are aware of the issue, or if a bug ticket needs to be created. Should you get a bug number, please let us know, so others can reference it when they contact Support about the issue.Also, if you get a resolution, please share.
