Have to click exit button twice

Hello,

I am publishing captivate 8 content to adobe connect.  When a learner finishes the course they are presented with an exit button.  This button works fine when previewed in a browser window, but when played from connect, the user must click the button twice to get the window to close.  Any ideas on how to fix this issue?
