HELO Reject for adobeconnect.com

Hey there,

 

we have the problem that e-mails from adobeconnect.com do not reach us due to incorrect HELO.

Here are two examples:
<imail13.or1.adobe.net>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<admin@adobeconnect.com>
<imail14.or1.adobe.net>: Helo command rejected: Host not found; from=<admin@adobeconnect.com>

 

I also find it questionable that the emails come from admin@, is that intentional?

 

A dig, also does not return any results:
dig @1.1.1.1 +short imail14.or1.adobe.net => nothing
dig @1.1.1.1 +short imail13.or1.adobe.net => nothing

 

Can someone look for it?

This is a user community forum, so I'm not sure the admins you are looking to contact are here. I'd recommend you reach out to Adobe Support via chat or phone. You can either use the chat bubble at the bottom right of this page, https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-connect/connect-support.html or scroll down on that page to the Contact Us section to get a phone number to call. Personally, I'd use the chat function.

The problem still exist.

We have whitelisted adobe, but the problem should exist for all email providers with HELO filters.

 

Are there any official adobe admins here on the forum at all?

This should be fixed by Adobe themselves.
