Help: Connect Pro Issues.

Hi, I have a couple issues I've noticed while monitoring courses run through Connect Pro.

1) While monitoring courses I've noticed participants audio drops occasionally.  Drops currently happen after returning from Breakout sessions the current work around has been to have participants logout and return, once they've returned the audio returns.  What can we do to resolve this issue?

2) I know users participants are elevated to Presenters when transferred to Breakout rooms, but once they've returned to the main room, they sometimes return as presenters giving them full access.    How can this be resolved..

3) During courses we have an instructor of course but we also have a support person monitoring courses, is there a way when the instructor sent participants to breaout sessions the Support person can browse the rooms to insure all is running properly.   (I know the instructor can do this but is there a way another person can also have this access.

    for 3)  you need to promote that person as presenter and then he will be able to use the above mentioned function
