HElP: I am using the UN:name and PW:that I have recorded but Adobe indicates that something is wrong with the password I am using. So what is my next alternative?

There should be a "Forgot your password" link under the password field on the login page which you can try. If you've already tried that and it doesn't work, I would contact your Adobe Connect administrator.
