Help!. Schockwave Flash: Incompatibility issue

I have Shockwave Flash version 10.3.183.10

Class ID: D27CDB6E-AE6D-11CF-96B8-444553540000

Use count: 4061

Block count: 1543

File: Flash10x.ocx

Folder: c:\WINDOWS\system32\Macromed\Flash

When I try to forward email from my Outlook 2003, I get my mail returned and the following message:

"530 5.7.0 Must issue a STARTTLS command first"

When I DISABLE the ADD ON for Flash, the problem dissapears.

When I ENABLE the Flash add on it comes back.

Any hint?

I have no idea what the error is but I looked on Google.....try it....and it relates to SSL settings. Most people have problems with GMail and Outlook and this error is common there.

My suggestion, uninstall Adobe Flash, Uninstall Outlook 2003, reboot, clear browser cache, install Adobe Flash Player (11 is most curent) and then Outlook 2003. See if that clears this issue.
