Help with some terminology. What's the "Pods Menu" icon called?

Maybe this is a silly question, but what's the graphic called?  "Pods Menu"? I've been calling it a waffle, because that's what it looks like.  (See attached graphic).

Also, in classic view there was the "Meeting" tab (or button, or menu).  Now that tab (or button or menu) is the actual meeting name.  I'm not sure what to call it, or how to tell people to go there to run their audio setup (other than to go to the menu next to the meeting name... and then to explain what the meeting name is.

While I'm at it, what are the most unique terms to Adobe Connect?  "Pod", "Host & Presenter Area", "Individual Engagement", "Classic View", etc.?  I'm curious to know what you think.
