I know I have "soft limit", but I want to increase in my license the number of simultaneous users at the meetings

    The options available to you vary based on the licensing you currently have. Can you share what meeting licensing you are currently using? Are you under one of the Adobe monthly plans, Named Host or Concurrent User?

    OK, having a monthly account the only real option is to reach out to a reseller and get it converted to an annual account. That should allow you to up your concurrent meeting limit to 100.
