I have read this stream regarding video. http://www.connectusers.com/forums/cucb … p?pid=1599

It is stated there that the "High Bandwidth" option can be activated at the account level. Can find nothing about it anywhere.

Questions:
What would it do for me if I could activate it?
Are there other ways to enhance the video experience in addition to using the options under "Meeting?"

My connection is Time Warner Cable Business Class 5 down x 1.5 up. Is that enough for good quality video? Would DSL work better?

Knowing that there are many factors outside my control that will impact video, are there things within my control that I could do to enhance it?

Have Adobe hosted account.

Thank you.

You will have to contact Adobe support. See link below. I have not seen it on a hosted account - only licensed. But be aware that meeting participants might have limited bandwidth. "High Bandwidth" option don't have a kbps limit and streams at 30 fps for both LAN and DSL set-up. To compare the "high quality images" option streams at 250 kbps and 12 fps (LAN) and 125 kbps and 12 fps (DSL). For most webinars and webmeetings the "High Bandwidth" option will not provide better meetings - only increase latency.
