Host audio quality dropping in and out
Hi, I was using Adobe Connect on Monday and Tuesday this week (post the update) to deliver two full days of training, and had a few issues with my audio. Although everything worked fine to start with, my audio quality went in and out every now and again around three times each day. Is this a known issue? I rebooted each time, tried different browsers and the app, and changed from webcam audio to my earbuds but it didn't seem to make any difference. I did a test on my wifi and it was consistently fine, and all the bars in my screen were green. However, it did seem to be more stable when I turned my camera off. Can anyone help with how to resolve this issue so that it doesn't happen again next week? Thanks in advance!
