Host not audible

Hi,
Yesterday we had an problem in a meeting. 2 users couldn´t hear the host and in the recording you only can hear the host voice using the application, entering the recording by browser like Chrome you neither can hear the voice of the host.  The users could hear the other users just fine only the host was not audible.

Any ideas?
