Host & Presenter area

Since a recent update, the host and present area is misbehaving. the left-to-right scrolling bar at the bottom does its own thing sometimes. It just randomly scrolls right sometimes and I will scroll it back, then it pops back over to the right. It is unusable in breakout rooms. The scrolling bar at the bottom disappears and I can not access things in my host/presenter area. 

The host/presenter area, is daily changing size and I have to find some unknown sweet spot to get the arrows to change the size. It is all terribly aggravating and slows me down.
