Host presenter mode issue

Hi,

Was recently working on a meeting - switched from host to presenter mode to get a feeling for what was being experienced by presenters. Switched back to host status but meeti continues to log me in and see me as a presenter? Haved tried loggin in and out - reconfguring status several times no help.

Any ideas?

Yeah. This is happening to me right now. My typical trick isn't working, but this has worked for me the in the past:

Go to the Meeting Room and click on Manage Enrollees. Check to see if your name is in the Current Enrollees For """" Classroom. Check to see if you are still marked as Participant in this area. If so, just promote yourself to Host.

I also recommend you take your name off the list, close out of everything, then re-log in. Go back to the Manage Enrollees area above and add your name back to the profile. This is me assuming you have Administrative provilages in Adobe Connect.

Edit: One more thing. Do you have Meeting Host System Group ID? I just appled that to my account and I had Host priviages once again.

Thanks for your reply. After logging in and out a few times and letting a day pass, the problem seems to have fixed itself but I will go in and double check your suggestions also and make sure they are all set correctly.

Sounds like it may have been a session cookie issue. If it happens again try either using a different browser or clearing your cookies for the current browswer.
