Host unable to delete chat pod messages

This is something that has never happened before, I think it's a bug. We are on the new 12.6 version. As host, in my live meeting, I can't delete chat messages from teh chat pod. I can reply and they go away but the delete button won't work. Is anyone else having this issue?

Hi,

Thats not a Chat Pod, its a Q & A Pod.

You may not be able to delete the message in the Q &A Pod if you don't have presenter or admin rights for the room.

You can't delete individual messages from the Chat Pod - only cleat the whole chat.

We renamed the pod years ago. Adobe Enterprise Support joined us for a live session and monitored it and it is indeed a bug. They are working to correct Adobe Connect bug CONN-4152246 in the next patch. Sometimes the messages delete, sometimes they literally all just disappear and we have to ask the user to submit it again.
