Hosted Breeze - Setting Learner Login Preferences

Is it possible to set login preferences (such as Name and email address) for learners before viewing a course which is hosted on Breeze? Presently learners can click on the link which launches the Breeze course. We would like to require the learner to enter their Name and email address before launching the course to track attendance.

    You could start you presentation off with an ungraded Short answer question that asks for their email address.
