How can I download the video of the meeting without having to listen to it

Question

I regularly download the videos of the meetings for editing.
I want to be able to do so without hearing the audio from it as it plays back in real time to download.

With the audio there it means that I cannot get on with any other editing work because I am hearing two sets of audio.

This makes me very unproductive.

Is there a way of making the download process silent?

Use a different computer or make the MP4's when you are doing other work on your computer. If you mute the audio in the player, you'll likely have a silent MP4. I suppose you could mute the audio in the recording and then snag the audio from the source files on the server, but this is a lot of work if you use VoIP audio. It's pretty easy if you use phone audio.
