How can I enable both audio options?

Right now I must choose between having attendees join the meeting by selecting one or the other - phone or computer.  How can I make it possible to allow attendees to choose between both options?

Hi,

Are you on a licensed or a hosted setup? To allow your attendees to use either VOIP or phone, UV should be enabled on your account. You can call Adobe Connect support and tell them your requirement. They should be able to help you.

Hope this info helps!

I believe that some providers can be set up to enable using both with the fully integrated bridge, while others require using the Universal Voice tool.

Last time I checked, PGi and Intercall could be configured to work through the integrated bridge and VoIP, but you will need to call Support as Sameer mentioned to get it enabled. MeetingOne does not have the ability to do both with the fully integrated bridge, so you will need to use the UV setup.
