I have a Medical training course which I would like to set up using Adobe Connect Training and Paypal. How is this best coordinated? Thanks so much!

Connect doesn't have a mechanism for a payment gateway. You can either create your own front end that, after receiving payment from an individual, uses the API's to enroll them into your training, or you could look at using a 3rd party application such as the ConnectYourSalesteam application.
