How do I activate both phone and computer audio on our meetings?

You have two options. Either set up your phone bridge as an Universal Voice bridge, or call support 800-945-9120 and ask them to turn on the ability to use VoIP and Telephony for your Meeting One, Premiere or Intercall phone adaptor.
