How do I add one of the plugins at http://www.adobe.com/products/adobeconnect/extend.html ?I want to know how to add the pods...

You can easily download the third party pods and then upload them using the standard Share Document pod in Connect but pay attention to the version number of Connect your server is. You need to use Connect 8 pods with Connect 8 because those are ActionScript3 based. Using older pods with Connect 8 can cuase all kinds of issues because of the ActionScript 2 based pods which are not compatible.
