How do i adjust Safari's security preferences to allow Flash content from my domain to work properly?

I’ve tried your suggestion but I’m still getting the same error message,, This message comes up when I’m trying to share my screen to other users??

I’ve also tried it in 3 different Mac’s one is a 10.8 version and mines is a 10.9 version

Any other suggestions??
